hi, I'm Rebecca
I’m not a regular dietitian, I’m a cool dietitian. Or really, a big Mean Girls fan- more that than cool.
Anyways, here are some things clients have told me about our work together:
- I don’t tell you what to do (you know yourself the best, and eating goes better that way!)
- I’m a comfortable person to be honest with (I’ve heard it all, and also my judgment doesn’t belong in our appointments)
- I don’t give you a meal plan (meal plans are great, but we do that together in a way that feels good and works for you!)
- I ask questions to help you gain insights into your thoughts and behaviors (a client told me I ask ‘amazing questions’… blush)

All appointments are virtual (using a secure telehealth platform).
While Nourish Nutrition is based in Utah, I can work with clients in other states (even with insurance). If you’re not sure if your insurance will cover nutrition services, use this script to call your insurance (since all plans are different, I’m unable to provide information on specific insurance coverage) then contact me with any questions.
