I still want to lose weight, can we work together?
I recognize that we live in a world that prioritizes and celebrates weight loss over most everything. You’re welcome, and encouraged to bring in your weight concerns, and we will explore how that feels and how it impacts your behaviors.
At the same time, I don’t prescribe weight loss for clients. You can learn more about what it’s like to work with me HERE. Or Book a complimentary discovery call here to see if I could be someone to help you feel more at peace in your body and with your habits.
Instead of prescribing weight loss, we focus on reducing stress and preoccupation with food and body. As a dietitian who practices with tenets of Intuitive Eating and Health at Every Size, we approach eating differently.
Cancellation Policy
I have a firm 24-hour cancellation policy, we will discuss in your initial appointment.
What to expect during appointments
We start by getting to know each other, the initial appointment often takes 75-90 minutes. In it, we review your history with eating, medical history, and other pertinent information.
Follow up appointments are about 50 minutes, and we will talk about food/eating/body concerns. We take it at a pace that feels good for you, I’m here to support and offer guidance as needed.
I want our appointments to feel supportive and like you feel comfortable sharing what you’re thinking and experiencing with me.
